Upon completing your checkout, our system will grant you access within 24 hours. Please ensure that the TradingView usernames you provided during checkout are accurate to expedite the process. Get ready to unlock the full potential of our platform and embark on your trading journey.
Welcome to MoonAlgo! We're thrilled to have you join our community. After signing up and completing the checkout process, you'll receive an email from us with one of two messages:
- Congratulations! You now have access to your TradingView and Discord community. You can proceed with the setup guide and join our active Discord community to start trading with us.
- We regret to inform you that we couldn't grant access to your accounts due to invalid usernames provided. To gain access, please follow these steps:
a. Click on the provided link to access your account portal.
b. Enter the email address associated with your account.
c. Provide your account password or choose "Login via One Time Password."
d. Once logged in, select "Account Information."
e. Enter your TradingView and Discord usernames.
Please note that if you've recently created your TradingView account, it may take up to 12 hours for it to become visible and accessible. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
